Terms

Last updated October 18, 2026. These are the plain-language basics; each project also gets a short written agreement.

Free previews

A preview is free and comes with no obligation. Previews of sites we haven't been hired for are private concept designs and are taken down on request.

Website builds

We'll confirm the price and what's included in writing before any work you pay for begins. Payment is due as agreed in that written quote.

Care plans

Care plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime with notice before the next billing date. If you cancel, we'll hand over your site files so you can host them elsewhere.

Ownership

Your domain is registered in your name. Once paid for, the site's design and content are yours. You're responsible for having the rights to any photos, logos or text you give us.

Limits

We work hard to keep sites fast and online, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service from third-party providers, or any particular search ranking.
